A very special day for some of the upcoming protagonists of the 44th Huawei RomeOstia. This afternoon, the American Galen Rupp, the Kenyan Emmanuel Kipsang and the Kenyan Rebecca Chesir, accompanied by the President of the Organizing Committee Laura Duchi, were received by the Mayor Virginia Raggi and the Sports Councilor Daniele Frongia who hosted the athletes in Campidoglio. The entire delegation was able to visit the rooms of the Palazzo Senatorio and then posed for photos together with the highest city authorities wearing their Huawei RomaOstia shirts.
Virginia Raggi affectionately greeted the athletes wishing them luck for the next competitive race.
The three athletes took the opportunity to visit the Colosseum along with other athletes from the Bancari Romani sports group.
