Fill out analytically, paying close attention to certain fields:

• The half marathon best time field. If you participated in the 2009 or 2008 editions of the Romaostia we will take into consideration the time acheived ( that of 2008 only if you did not participate in that of 2009). If you did not participate in either the 2008 or 2009 edition of the Romaostia, or if in 2009 you achieved a better time in another race, make sure you declare your best time, and the date and place (in 2009) in which you attained the result. We would like to remind you that the times declared are subject to control by the organising commitee. If you fail to fill in this field, declare a false time, or fail to specify when and where the result was achieved, and have not participated in the Roma Ostia in either 2009 nor 2008, you will be assigned a a fifth grid bib which cannot be exchanded!
• email address: This allows us to be in quick direct contact with you. We will communicate your bib number to you at this address within a few days of your registration and after the race, how you placed and your time.

NOW...

• if you decide to send the form by fax or by post, remember to send it with the proof of payment
  ( from the post office or the money transfer). If you have not included the reason on the payment slip, remember to specify which athlete registrations the payment is for.
  Do not send us a copy of your membership card: It is not valid even if there are copies of both front and back. It is important to present the membership card in person when you pick up the race pack at the Expo.
• If you decide to come in person to register the payment must be made directly in cash.
  If you already have your 2010 membership card, you can show at the time of registration, otherwise you can show it at the Expo when you pick up your race pack.
• If you submit the form by email, you can send a scanned copy of the proof of payment along with it. ( from your post office account or the money transfer). Also in this case, you must show your membership card at the Expo, otherwise you will not be given your bib. A scanned copy of your membership card will not be accepted.
