Late check- out

Our partner hotels have granted us a late checkout at 2.00 pm to allow athletes to return to the hotel after the race.

Hospitality Desk

In our partner hotels there will be a hospitality desk with a hostess ready to give relevant information.

Shuttle Bus To and from the partner hotels there will be the possibility to book a shuttle bus for transfer to the start of the race. On board you can leave your bag with personal clothing. The accompanying persons, upon notice, can also use the bus for the transfer from departure to arrival. After the race the coach will take athletes and companions back to the hotel.The service has an additional cost of €15.00 and can be booked preferably together with the hotel booking. Later booking will be subject to availability.
